Refund policy
*Returns, exchanges and refunds for items purchased at online are not possible after 7 days from the date of received of the item.
*Free return label we sent to customer is only valid for 3 days. If customer return after then, customer return at their own expense or refund is not possible if the return date is more than 7 days after customer receive the item. (International shipping does not provide a free return label.)
*Before returning, please check for any dirt or stains. Refund is not possible if there is dirt or stains.
*Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags attached (unworn and unwashed). Items returned with missing tags, worn, and washed are considered damaged as we are unable to re-sell the product without its original tags.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from LVIR. You may return or exchange full-priced items within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund (or exchange) as long as the items are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Your original item(s) must be returned within 7 days or your original payment method will be charged. Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free returns at this time. We are happy to chat with you via telephone or email to confirm sizing and measurements of items.
To request a return, please email info@lvir.us with your order number and description of the item you would like to return. We will provide you with further instructions as to how to complete the return. Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with missing tags are considered damaged as we are unable to re-sell the product without its original tags, and will only be granted store credit. We do not offer price adjustments.
All beauty products, accessories, candles, handbags, pouches, shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing.
